The staff were super friendly, esp nikki and sarah. The food was delish, especially the xmas eve dinner! Our room was comfy and newly decorated. It was a fab experience.
The wifi was kinda annoying since you had to log in every hour, and we noticed some dust on the floor. Overall not serious issues but could be better.

The boutique hotel was picturesque. The property was in the secluded setting outside in the gardens. Plus, it was just off the large main oldy worldly restaurant, greenery and the beautiful, and charming Pub-more. We were moved to an a double room and had more than enough space and a couch.

The staff were super friendly and. The young waitress in the restaurant was a gem, went out of her way to explain the menu to me, especially since i forgot my glasses. The food was delish and perfect portion sizes for me. My room was clean and cozy too, loved the location, quiet but close to everywhere. Shout out to robin from cotswold explorer for recommendin this place!

We had a blast exploring the woodlands and taking gentle strolls around the nearby lake. The room was comfy, especially the king-size bed. Just a heads up, the restaurant closes early on Sundays, so plan accordingly. The bar closing at 9:30 PM threw us off a bit, but overall, it was such a fun getaway with great company.
Unfortunately, our experience was dampened by the rude service we encountered during dinner. Waiting a long time for our meal and dealing with staff who were dismissive left a sour taste.

The Frogmill impressed me immediately with its charm and beautiful decor. My room, a Beautiful King Room, felt spacious and had a lovely little terrace to enjoy the views. The bed? Super comfy! The toiletries were high-quality, and I loved the complimentary homemade honeycomb. Breakfast stood out with a fantastic selection, and the quick service made mornings enjoyable. Dinner at the pub was just as good, with tasty dishes that hit the spot. I did experience a noise issue late at night due to a delivery. It woke me up earlier than I wanted. A heads-up about potential noise might be helpful for lighter sleepers. I also felt the staff could improve in being consistently attentive during peak times, as there were moments when I had to wait longer than expected for service. Despite these hiccups, I'd still easily recommend the place.

The signature room featured a quirky design, complete with hidden spiral stairs leading to a spacious area and a lovely terrace to soak in the views. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, dining options during lunch were limited, with several dishes unavailable, and the service was quite slow, diminishing the experience. Despite these issues, the gardens and bar areas provided a nice ambiance to relax.
